To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

(1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (2) identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it; (3) your name, address, telephone number, and email; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

On receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and notify the user who submitted it.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a counter-notice including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared; your name, address, and phone number; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which 2723 Ventures LLC may be found); and your signature. If the original claimant does not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
